To Guarantee our ability to meet your booking needs and requirements, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any chauffeur driven bookings. We must stress that we will try to meet any booking requirements not falling within the agreed time frame, only bookings confirmed within our set time frame will be guaranteed.

Hire time starts when the car leaves the garage and ends when the car has returned to the garage, except those hires to and from various airports or those which are subject of a fixed charge or those where the milage charges start when the hirer first goes into the car and terminates when he/she leaves the car.

We reserve the right to change our terms conditions without prior notice.

All charges in the amounts specified herein and in the current tariff published by the company are payable in advance except where the hirer has a credit card account approved by the company.

When a car is hired for a week or a longer period, whilst every endeavor will be made for the hirer to retain the same car and driver during such a period, the Company reserves the right to substitute any car or driver accordingly.

The company expressly prohibits any person other than their own drivers from driving the cars.

The Company Accepts no responsibility for any delays howsoever caused during the time hired.   

The driver will drive at reasonable speeds according to his/her judgment of road conditions and traffic at any particular time.

A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage, which in the opinion of the driver amounts to excessive weight, will not be carried. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car howsoever such loss or damage is caused.

The Company reserves the right to invoice the client with a charge unless a cancellation has been received 48 hours prior to the chauffeured car hire.

The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking and charge for the deposit if weather conditions affect driving safety.

The Company has the right to charge any extended time over what is agreed e.g. extended time and/or parking fees.

HOLLYWOOD SERVICE will not be held responsible for late arrival due to heavy traffic, traffic accidents or unforeseen road work or weather etc.

Wedding car hire is subject to a 50% deposit and is non refundable and is due 1 month before the wedding date and full payment is due 7 days before the wedding date and is non refundable in that time period.

Any Damage or soiling in our vehicles will incur a charge for the cost of cleaning/repairing the vehicle.
